As a solo music professional working from my home studio, I provide both custom digital audio services and pre-made digital products. Due to the nature of digital music content, I operate under a no-refund policy for all services and products including:
Custom Services:
- Session drumming recordings
- Music mixing services
- Music production services
- Any other custom digital audio services
Digital Products:
- Loop packs
- Sample packs
- Any other pre-made digital audio content
For custom services, since the work is uniquely crafted for each client and delivered electronically, the concept of returns doesn’t apply.
For digital products like loop and sample packs, these are pre-made digital downloads that are instantly accessible once purchased. Since these are digital files that can be immediately downloaded and used, returns and refunds are not possible.
